Opportunities for career advancement Duties & Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects Recommend and implement efficient solutions Test systems to ensure proper functionality and performance Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete jobs on schedule Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and regulations Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician Solid mechanical knowledge and HVAC troubleshooting skills Proficient in refrigeration systems and components Comfortable with field service work, including repairs and customer communication Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics Familiarity with HVAC-related building codes and safety regulations Required Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Van driving required) Welding experience for HVAC/R system installations (Weld) Basic plumbing skills for connecting water lines to HVAC systems (Plumb) Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Work With Us?
