We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team to
help drive forward the continued success of our solutions. This
senior leader will be responsible for guiding the strategy for how
our solutions are brought to market, positioned, and sold. The role
is to drive global product marketing activities, very much in a
player/mentor capacity, leading a team of product marketers while
ensuring that our messaging, value propositions, and sales and
marketing materials continue to resonate strongly with energy and
water providers around the world. This is an exciting time in this

Responsibilities
Team leadership: Lead a team of product marketers, champion
emerging talent and empower hard working PMMs
Global Marketing Planning and Go To Market Strategy: Define,
advocate for, and execute against a strong marketing plan. Find and
evaluate data points to help your team develop the best data-driven
product marketing strategies and inform high quality go-to-market
strategy.
Solution Messaging/Positioning: Act as storyteller for the Oracle
Energy and Water platform, developing compelling and differentiated
solution positioning and messaging. Work closely with
cross-functional teams on product launches.
Product Launches and Releases: Work closely with cross-functional
teams to prepare internal and external content in support of
product launches and product releases.
Content Creation: Produce a range of content to fuel top, middle,
and bottom of the funnel marketing activities, from partnering with
field marketing to develop messaging for digital ads, to creating
thought provoking eBooks and detailed product briefs.
Content Mapping across Buying/Sales Cycle: Blueprint buyer's
journey and map high impact content appropriately at each
stage.
Sales Tools and Training: Work alongside product SMEs to develop
and deliver high-impact repeatable sales tools such as collateral,
case studies, presentations, competitive positioning, etc. Develop
and deliver key sales training materials covering industry trends,
value proposition, and driven positioning.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter authority on
solutions in support of marketing programs, press and analyst
relations.
Competitive Intelligence: Develop informed point of view on where
competition is headed or will emerge (and why) and how to beat the
competition. Collaborate across teams to develop comprehensive
compete strategies.
Campaigns: Partner with Industry Marketing leads to develop
marketing programs and campaigns to generate leads and grow
revenue
Buyers: Define customer segments and buyer personas, deeply
understand how we can help solve buyers' challenges. Develop target
segments to support target list development for campaign
efforts.
About you:
You're high-horsepower, and balance analytical and creative
thinking; you have an ability to distill sophisticated ideas in
succinct and compelling ways, and communicate them verbally and
through strong written communication
You have a growth mindset and love to help team members grow and
thrive
You are a skilled presenter with experience speaking publicly to
senior executives
You are a pragmatic and practical self-starter; an
outcomes-oriented person who can balance multiple workstreams,
loves to problem-solve and can efficiently drive a collaborative
process
You thrive with challenge, and take pride in being an excellent
teammate
You are willing to travel to support our sales team and marketing
activities (typically once per month)
You have experience or exposure to the utility, energy or clean
tech sectors, and you are passionate about the future of energy
efficiency and the utility industry
You have 10+ years of proven experience, and a bachelor's
degree
Strongest candidates can also say any of the following:
You've done product marketing at a software firm
You have experience with utility software
You've done B2B marketing campaigns and created materials to equip
sales teams to sell technology products

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market
conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing
products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
