Administrative Assistant Event CoordinatorResponsibilities:The
purpose of this role is to serve as the primary contact for the
Office of Student Engagement, manage the reservation process for
the Scruggs University Center as well as other spaces on campus. To
assist student organizations and other entities in securing their
spaces. Oversee office needs/functions, schedule meetings, prepare
and maintain office records, requisitions, and correspondence for
the department.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
required. A minimum of three years of progressive experience with
administrative duties and general office responsibilities
preferred. Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to
prepare reports and correspondence in a professional manner
required. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a
fast paced, student centered environment.Salary: $27,500.00Lincoln
