      Job Title: Administrative Assistant
      Location: Jefferson City, MO (In office)
      Start Date: ASAP
      Work Hours: M-F (8-5)

      Rose International is growing at a rapid pace and currently seeking a qualified, dynamic, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Jefferson City, MO office.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      Create and ship labels and packaging for equipment returns.
      Maintain records of company equipment from issuance through proper return.
      Answer multi-line phone system for incoming customer and candidate assistance.
      Ad hoc projects, support in preparing and planning for corporate events.
      Ordering supplies, and other office type activities.

      Required Qualifications:
      High School Degree/GED required.
      HR experience preferred but not required.
      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
      Highly organized and detail-oriented.
      Able to take comprehensive and efficient notes on various tasks, procedures, etc., for use by all team members
      Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision.
