Your responsibilities include: Completing work orders promptly based on priority Turning and making apartments move-in ready between resident occupancy Painting/staining (interior and exterior) HVAC maintenance and repair (EPA certification preferred) Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs (e.g., copper pipe sweating, outlets, switches, light fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers) Maintaining property grounds and common areas Performing preventive maintenance Keeping a clean, organized maintenance shop Participating in the 24/7 on-call rotation with other team members What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a resourceful, hands-on professional with experience in apartment maintenance. Here’s what we need: 1 years’ experience in maintenance EPA Certification preferred (for HVAC work) HVAC Certification and CPO Certification are a plus! Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Water heater experience (both electric and gas) Why Monarch?
