Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Physical
Therapist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 setting
located in Florissant, MO. This contract position requires 36 hours
per week, typically 7 hours per day, beginning as soon as possible
through May 22, 2026. Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy
services to students across K-12 grade levels - Develop
individualized therapy goals aligned with student needs -
Participate actively in IEP meetings to support student progress -
Conduct evaluations and provide quarterly progress reports on goals
- Create and maintain efficient therapy schedules to meet caseload
demands - Offer consultation to school staff regarding physical
therapy needs and strategies Caseload will range from 30 to 60
students weekly, varying based on students abilities and therapy
time requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills
to manage schedules and documentation effectively. Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license and certification for working in
school settings - Experience delivering physical therapy services
to school-aged children - Ability to collaborate with educators,
parents, and multidisciplinary teams - Knowledge of IEP processes
and educational regulations related to special education -
