Develop STA point of view with Technical Experts and affected
regions on manufacturing feasibility risk assessment and
manufacturing readiness of new technologies.
Develop manufacturing feasibility plans for new parents, new
technology, and high-risk commodities.
Provide support to Site STA engaging supplier's Global Management
team to address systemic quality, capacity, and manufacturing
issues.
Lead the development and maintenance of Seats and Restraints
manufacturing standards
Drive robust sourcing risk assessments on Seats and Restraints
suppliers
Collaborate with your peers in Product Development and STA
Develop global lessons learned and prevent recurrence.
Develop STA point of view with Technical Experts and affected

Five years minimum experience
Bachelor of Science/Engineering or academic equivalent, MBA/MS
preferred - Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical
Ability to speak and write in the English language fluently to
effectively communicate with global teams
Advanced knowledge of Seats and Restraints (Belts, Buckles,
Airbags) manufacturing process(es)
Experience in process planning, implementation, and launch in Seats
and Restraints (Belts, Buckles, Airbags) manufacturing systems
Performing manufacturing feasibility assessments
Operational experience in Seats and Restraints manufacturing
processes and process control, and quality systems.
Experience in project management and/or program launch.
