  Develop STA point of view with Technical Experts and affected regions on manufacturing feasibility risk assessment and manufacturing readiness of new technologies.
  
  
• 
  Develop manufacturing feasibility plans for new parents, new technology, and high-risk commodities.
  
  
• 
  Provide support to Site STA engaging supplier's Global Management team to address systemic quality, capacity, and manufacturing issues.
  
  
• 
  Lead the development and maintenance of Seats and Restraints manufacturing standards
  
  
• 
  Drive robust sourcing risk assessments on Seats and Restraints suppliers
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with your peers in Product Development and STA
  
  
• 
  Develop global lessons learned and prevent recurrence.
  
  
•

  Five years minimum experience
  
  
• 
  Bachelor of Science/Engineering or academic equivalent, MBA/MS preferred - Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical
  
  
• 
  Ability to speak and write in the English language fluently to effectively communicate with global teams
  
  
• 
  Advanced knowledge of Seats and Restraints (Belts, Buckles, Airbags) manufacturing process(es)
  
  
• 
  Experience in process planning, implementation, and launch in Seats and Restraints (Belts, Buckles, Airbags) manufacturing systems
  
  
• 
  Performing manufacturing feasibility assessments
  
  
• 
  Operational experience in Seats and Restraints manufacturing processes and process control, and quality systems.
  
  
• 
  Experience in project management and/or program launch.
