Job Description:

Currently seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager to join our Consulting Team. You will provide oversight, planning, management and coordination of solution implementation initiatives for our state client in the Midwest. You will collaborate with solution vendors and that state's project management team towards a shared implementation goal. You will report into senior leaders within our consulting team. This person who fills this role must reside within a commutable distance to state offices in Jefferson City, MO. You will bring a mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to travel. Your experience in one or more of the following areas: government business processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and implementation project management will make you a trusted advisor to our clients. Experience with organizational change management is a plus.

Travel Expectations: Although this role is initially to be support by a local resource, up to 40% travel to client sites is anticipated in the future to support subsequent projects.

You Will: --- Lead and support the delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget, including assigning and managing staff and creating work product and assessment of project health --- Coordinate task assignments based upon management to a vendor's project plan --- Communicate project and delivery status to our clients, team members, and other stakeholders, including the facilitation of client meetings --- Navigate and document decision making processes on behalf of our clients within the project's established governance structure identifying risks and issues and creating resolution plans --- Create a positive and productive environment for all project team members and --- stakeholders that values cooperation, teamwork, and planning; ensuring effective and timely --- communications and sharing of information --- Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts, attending conferences, participating in industry groups, leading/participating in prospective client business development meetings, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assisting with go/no-go decision-making, and developing responses to RFPs in collaboration with the Business Development team

You Have: --- Bachelor's degree --- Minimum 12 years' experience in the role of Project Manager or Project Management Officer leading complex information system replacements, or ERP implementations --- Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) either as a PMP, PgMP or PMI SCM ---

Minimum of three years' experience leading implementation project teams --- Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and demonstrated proactive problem management skills --- Experience managing challenging projects and serving clients --- Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups --- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications including MS ProjectPI181403807
