energy to join us. SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking a
Subcontractor Program Manager to develops recruitment programs for
subcontractors, ensures compliance with SunPower terms, technical
specifications, quality, safety standards, and SunPower internal
processes. The Subcontractor Program Manager uses data and
analytics to drive improvements in cycle time, safety, quality, and
capacity for SunPower Residential installations and warranty
services. The Subcontractor Program Manager reports to the
Director, Partner Operations and will be responsible for improving
the quality, time and overall customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be
assigned): + Develop recruitment, retention and subcontractor
partner strategies for each market and trade area + Use of data and
analytics to understand capacity, performance, and costs + Develop
standard operating procedures for subcontractor partners using our
project management platforms + Collaborate with Regional Operations
Centers to maintain Subcontractor partner base, and improve
capacity and performance + Discover and optimize cost reduction
opportunities by challenging current process structures, cost
models, etc. + Identify process requirements, needs and improvement
initiatives; work cross functionally with other SunPower teams to
improve the customer experience and other SunPower Direct metrics +
Weekly reporting of business activity and metrics + Ensure closed
loop learning on quality observations Minimum requirements - The
least amount of skills and training candidates must have to do a

hired for this position. + Educational (Bachelor degree or 4 years
of experience. Masters degree or 6 years of experience). Use

acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or
equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. +
Experience with Solar or Construction + Proven ability to
successfully procure, monitor, and assess subcontracter
construction functions such as solar installation contractors,
electrical contractors, and roofing contractors + Knowledge of
Salesforce, business intelligence platforms + Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS
Project Preferred requirementsvvvvvvvv + Educational (Bachelor
degree or 4 years of experience. Masters degree or 6 years of
experience). The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired
through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent
degree in a field of study related to the job. + Experience (5
years in the solar or construction industry) + Direct experience
working with electrical and roofing subcontractors + Strong
understanding of NEC codes with emphasis on residential PV
installations + Strong technical, supervisory, and project
management skills based on industry experience + Knowledge of
Tableau or other business analytics platforms Dont meet every
