Position Purpose: As a Manager, Product Management (Claims
Processing), you will be responsible for all strategic and tactical
planning activities and designs related to the development and
deployment of Care Management solutions. You will manage a team of
Product Owners focused on Medical Claims Processing, Adjudication
and Payables.

Adjudication and Payables
--- Define and communicate product plans, including concepts, use
cases, features functions, growth strategies, and profitability
targets
--- Communicate with customer base regarding new releases and
features
--- Define the internal process to define the product strategy,
roadmap and priorities
--- Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development,
and the field
--- Capture market needs and define requirements for capabilities,
features, performance and interface design with client and promote
product benefits, capabilities, and value propositions through
relationship with key customers
--- Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of specific sub
systems against product development timelines
--- Oversee business-level verification and market testing of new
features
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field, nursing
preferred or equivalent experience required. Master's degree
preferred. 5+ years product management in healthcare enterprise
solutions. Experience developing and delivering care management
solutions. Project management and planning experience required.
Healthcare claims processing experience highly preferred.
