Manager, Vision Experience based remotely within the Continental
USA.Johnson & Johnson Vision, the worlds leading source of eye
health solutions and the force behind Acuvue Contact Lenses and
Tecnis IOLs, seeks a dynamic and organized Program Manager to join
team.This role will be responsible for supervising the planning,
execution, and delivery of sophisticated projects and initiatives
across our digital product suite and ecosystem. This person will
work closely with product leads, experience leads, and other teams
to implement a project delivery framework that includes strategy,
organization, timelines, achievements, critical metric
reporting.The candidate will have a proven skills in using project,
program, and portfolio management basics, as well as Agile methods,
tools, and techniques to drive and deliver successful, large-scale
programs and initiatives.Excellent communication and leadership
skills are a must. Responsibilities include development and
implementation of project plans, aligning development teams,
business, and marketing efforts, track progress, and raise issues
that may impact deliverables.The Program Manager role is for
someone who enjoys ownership and control of how things get done in
a challenging environment. Its an opportunity to push

worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and improve how Vision Experience and Technology
partner to drive multiple workstreams and projects to overall VX
goals. Define dependent products, experiences, and services,
including project workflows, scopes of work, talent needs, and
plans of execution.
- Maintains constant situational awareness of project health,
dependencies, risks, and clear assessment of any potential impact
to timelines and business results and communicate the same to team
members and partners.
- Maintain project schedule, data tracking and delivery, vendor,
and client relationships.
- Develop and implement project plans for multiple initiatives,
including timelines, achievements, and tools to supervise program
deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project
results are completed on time and within budget
- Crete communication plan to effectively advise partners,
product/squad team members, senior leadership, and external
partners
- Builds and leads risk escalation processes and tools for teams
to use for risk tracking
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
as needed
- Own team-wide project documentation inclusive of internal
website, processes, tools, shared mailbox, and onboarding
materials.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and
proactively identify and implement operational improvements.
- Fosters project-management standard processes, sharing soup to
nuts knowledge with teams and individuals to share insight on
user-first, efficient UX/UI product creation.
- Support a diverse, inclusive team and participate in a culture
of #oneteam, agility, and innovation building strong relationships
with regional partners.
- Be a student of the profession by keeping up with connected
care, connected content, e-commerce, and technology trends; helping
share knowledge and build capabilities across the
organization.QualificationsEducation:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
- An Advanced or Masters degree is preferredRequired Skills &
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of Project Management in owned and
extended online channels and app environments, including supporting
user-first measures of success, integrating multiple workstreams,
defining milestones and timelines, driving cross-functional effort,
and moving projects to completion, measurement, and assessment
- Initiative-taking, resourceful, driven, and a history of
driving projects from preproduction to delivery
- Shown ability to nurture teamwork, value others perspectives,
and gain support and consensus for organizational proposals
- Experience with file and data management, with ability to use
project-management tools from multiple vendors, including Project
Planner,Smartsheet, etc.
- Critical and creative analytical person, with general
curiosity, and appetite for learning
- Excellent oral, written presentation and communication
skills
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Prior experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global
partnersPreferred Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success collaborating with technical and creative
partners, vendors, and contractors on projects with sophisticated
dependencies with healthcare experience
- Initiative-taking, resourceful, driven, and a history of
driving projects from preproduction to delivery
- Shown ability to nurture teamwork, value others perspectives,
and gain support and consensus for organizational proposals
- Experience with file and data management, with ability to use
project-management tools from multiple vendors, including Project
Planner, Smartsheet, etc.Other:
- This position is based remotely within the Continental USA and
