Oversee and ensure competitive, profitable product offerings in assigned suite(s).Work with Finance and Operations to monitor product financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including mix of products, pricing, margins, cost of service, unit cost targets and expenses, etc.Work with SBU leadership, sales, operations, and others across the organization to identify opportunities, resolve issues and develop plans for product improvement, new products, etc.Oversee market research and competitive analysis of products to ensure competitive product pricing, market position and product features.Support sales and client services in selling, product implementation and maintenance to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention.
