recover and re-build for future resilience. ICFs Disaster
Management Division is growing and currently seeking an Application
Intake Manager for Disaster Recovery in Oregon. In this role you
will manage intake services delivered at housing intake centers,
mobile intake centers, and community events. The role involves
designing on-line and in-person application strategies, overseeing
intake workers at various locations, ensuring high quality customer
service and providing regular reports and analysis on intake and
eligibility progress to senior management. The ideal candidate will
be self-motivated, able to interface with senior and elected
officials, and able to quickly adapt to meet ambitious timelines
and changing requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of consistent
policies, procedures, and systems for gathering necessary applicant
information and documenting eligibility for federal disaster
benefits.
- Oversee activities of intake and eligibility specialists
interacting with applicants.
- Prepare daily reports on intake center activity and status of
applications in process.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to program leadership
on intake and eligibility determination progress against goals and
objectives of the program.
- Assist staff in achieving performance expectations through
training, timely feedback, program improvement, and mentoring.
- Ability to lead conversations and assist with completing
applications in person or virtually.
- Communicating disaster program information to disaster
survivors.
- Entering information into the system of record and other
corresponding data bases. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program administration, public
benefits eligibility determination, or a related field.
- Experience using MS Office Suite or Office365.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Preferred
Skills/Experience:
- Experience working with programs funded with HUDs Community
Development Block Grant program and/or FEMA disaster recovery funds
(FEMA Public Assistance or FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant
programs).
- Experience working in a consulting firm, development
organization, federal, state, local, and non-profit grants, SBA,
mortgage processing, or public agency preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Professional

- Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to
work overtime as necessary
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently

- Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing
administrative support, including ability to exercise good
judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze
situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $91,384.00 - $155,352.00Oregon
