Primary Function
As a Project Manager in Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS) you
will lead interactions that delight clients and teammates to
reinforce a constructive and positive culture while achieving
business goals. Your approach includes managing end to end project
goals, schedules and deliverables. You'll be collaborating with
account, designers, writers, developers, technologists, integrators
and art buyers. You are an experienced agency facilitator, and
trusted partner to both clients and your extended agency team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build strong collaborative relationships in support of print and
digital work such as direct mail and email
Drive a deep understanding of the businesses you support, and the
client mindset, goals and aspirations
Share your ideas and demonstrate clear thinking
Embrace working remotely while collaborating with teammates and
partners in various locations
Coordinate, organize and communicate with all disciplines within
the agency
Work with team leaders to establish resources and manage
workload
Establish project plans (consideration of deadlines, budgets,
special circumstances or features, resources); create and maintain
job schedules; track progress and report productivity and project
changes to Account Managers and Directors
Manage team delivery of work on time, on budget, and as defined by
the scope of the project; take a proactive approach to expediting
circulation
Acquire proper approvals from all necessary functions
Focus on the success of individual projects while keeping larger
business development goals in mind
Skills & Qualifications
Strong prioritizations skills with day-to-day responsibilities
including but not limited to job starts, change orders, client
markups, status reports, team and client meetings
A firm understanding of how to work in an interdisciplinary
fashion, with design know-how of concepting and the creative
mind
Ease integrating with outside agencies, driving consistency across
all channels through internal integration
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convince and
persuade towards a common goal in client and governance meetings.
You challenge direction or status quo and seek alternate
perspectives and approaches in developing effective solutions.
A strong sensitivity for time management and the ability to deliver
all projects within established timelines
Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills
An enthusiastic approach with an infectiously positive point of
view, and a desire to lead
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Mac/PC cross platform
Demonstrated track record of successful selection and development
of account staff
Education & Experience
3-5 years of experience in advertising/marketing agency or
financial services industry managing client relationships
Experience in planning, coordinating, and directing marketing
projects, including the ability to establish and manage budgets
You're a pro at managing tough clients with ease and clients go to
you first for day-to-day needs and business insights
