Team Overview:
The Identity & Access Management team is responsible for enabling
capabilities to govern the access lifecycle of our Financial
Advisors and Home office associates across our application and
infrastructure landscape. Our key capabilities include Identity
Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Single
Sign-On, Federation, Multifactor Authentication, API Security, &
Directory Services. We are responsible for supporting and enhancing
our existing systems and developing technology solutions that
support and enhance the technology division in alignment with the
Firm's vision.
What You'll Do...
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sr. Business Analyst is
responsible for partnering with functional leaders from across the
organization to build new identity solutions with an approach that
emphasizes speed, value creation, and innovation. As part of this
continuous value creation loop, we are looking for an individual
that can analyze and translate business requirements and ultimately
support our Identity & Access Management team with brining new
solutions & experiences to life.
The Sr. Business Analyst will review, analyze and evaluate end-user
needs as defined by strategic goals of the product team, along with
querying and analyzing data, to create user stories and system
specifications.Assist in the creation of department program
governance processes and meeting facilitation (dashboard creation,
status tracking, coordination with internal and external department
stakeholders)
Support Product Owners and Product Management in feature writing,
story writing, and requirements gathering
Create, maintain and review business process models, business
decision documents, requirements, use cases, and test cases
Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between different product
teams and systems
Balance activities across multiple projects of moderate to high
complexity at the same time
Perform data analysis that facilitates the transformation of
complex data/information into actionable insights to support highly
complex business processes using agile methodology
Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact
analysis
Liaison between product team and stakeholders to proactively
identify opportunities to create, maintain, enhance, or integrate
existing and new solutions
Understanding and communication of cross divisional systems and
impacts of change
Generate communication, process, and educational plans to mitigate
the disruption of change
Responsible for business case development and presentation of new
systems and solutions
Build and maintain working relationships throughout the Firm
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or
opportunities arise
Assist with PowerPoint presentation creation and polishing for a
wide range of audiences
Support user acceptance testing through test case generation,
template creation, and result tracking
What Experience You'll Need...
Degree PreferredBachelor's Degree in Management Information
Systems, or similar field
Technical SkillsKnowledge of the SDLC process for software and
solution development
Familiarity with SAFe / Agile frameworks and knowledge of product
management roles and responsibilities (Product Owner, Scrum Master,
RTE, Product Manager etc.)
Basic familiarity with technology and / or IAM solutions &
capabilities (e.g. Authentication, Identity Governance and
Administration, Single Sign On)
Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and
manage personal workload
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our
Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to
work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday
through Thursday"**

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors
