Job Description:

The Property Site Manager & Housing Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and ensuring program and service delivery related to Compass Health owned and/or managed housing properties. They provide general housing program coordination in conjunction with other housing and clinical staff for delivery of housing resources to support individuals and families facing housing insecurities and in need of assistance.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. -
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -
Provide on-site property management and perform assigned duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:--- Site Management including initial, annual and interim tenant certifications; review & approve rental applications & waitlist management; Lease violations; Rent collection; Monitor and support safety of property including work orders--- Tenant Relationships: tenant engagement including meetings, activities and education; eviction prevention, tenant stability; Develop & support tenant leadership roles--- Utilize property management software consistently and with proficiency--- Understand, implement and comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations including but not limited to fair housing, ADA, and Section 504 regulations and other program funders--- Ensure policies and procedures are followed, reviewed and revised/proposed as needed--- Prepare required property management reports as assigned--- Provide coordination and service in delivery of general housing assistance programs as assigned including serving as program lead for Shelter Plus Care program processing center--- Network with and maintain working relationships with communities, landlords and other entities engaged in providing housing resources, supportive housing programs and working to end homelessness--- Other duties as assigned
