Psychiatry Opportunity - JEFFERSON CITY, MO (State Capital serves as the Economic Hub to 8 Surrounding Counties, 4-Season Outdoor Recreation.)
We are currently looking for a Psychiatrist to joining our physician-owned and operated multi-specialty team to provide psychiatric care including evaluations and medication management in partnership with a clinical psychologist, a licensed professional counselor, and a social worker. Additionally, with over 115 providers across 32 specialties, we offer a built-in referral base.

Job Summary:

• 
  
• 
  Interview, assess, diagnose, and treat patients appropriately within the standard of care
  
  
• 
  Prescribe psycho-therapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional or behavioral disorders
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Professionals to discuss treatment plans & patient progress
  
  
• 
  Provide individual professional consultation among Professional Staff for the purposes of in-service/education as necessary to provide an increased level of service to patients
  
  
• 
  100% Outpatient Setting
  
  
• 
  No On-Call Responsibilities
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    MD/DO from an accredited Medical School
    
    
  • 
    Completion of a Residency Program specializing in Psychiatry
    
    
  • 
    Board Certified or Board eligible
    
    
  • 
    Unencumbered MO Licensure or eligibility
