An opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to practice outpatient only medicine.

• Outpatient practice with ability to work 4/10 hour or 5/8 hour days. No call or weekends.
• On site X-ray and Pharmacy.
• Extensive referral network for specialty care to include psychiatry, cancer, cardiology and therapies.
• Highly physician involved group with dyad approach to management.
• Guaranteed base salary with option to convert to production PLUS, Quality Incentive Bonus program. Compensation & Benefits:
  • 4 weeks PTO (Years 1-4) changing to 5 weeks PTO on Year 5
