Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Director to lead our community dental clinic in Jefferson City, MO. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the oral health of our community while overseeing the clinics operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily operations of the community dental clinic, including supervising dental staff and support teams.Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to dentists and dental hygienists.Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.Monitor patient care programs to ensure they meet the clinics goals and community needs.Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of complex dental cases.Collaborate with community health organizations and other healthcare providers to promote comprehensive patient care.Manage the clinics budget, resources, and staffing needs in collaboration with the administrative team.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.Advocate for the clinic within the community and engage in outreach activities to expand the clinics reach.Qualifications:DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Active MO state dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.A minimum of 5 years of clinical experienceStrong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and professional development.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.A commitment to serving the community and improving public health.Experience in a community health or public health setting is preferred.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $225,000, based on experience.Full Benefits Package: Including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and more.Student Loan Repayment: Assistance to help you pay off your student loans.Generous PTO Plan: Ample paid time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.A rewarding role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community.by Jobble
