Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a skilled, experienced, and
compassionate RN to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. As a dedicated healthcare

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with
severe and complex illnesses, ensuring their comfort and recovery
in an LTAC setting. Our ideal candidate will be a dedicated
caregiver who engages wholeheartedly in providing clinical
excellence and compassionate care, enhancing the lives of patients
and their families. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care in an LTAC setting. Work collaboratively with physicians and
other healthcare team members. Ensure the correct administration of
medications and treatments. Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatments as necessary. Provide emotional support to patients and
their families. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations
and treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality at all times. Ability to work in a high-pressure,
emotional environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care.
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri. BLS
certification required; ACLS preferred.
