As a top-notch Line Cook, your responsibilities would include:

* tPracticing speedy service
* tReading a Prep Sheet
* tStaying organized and stocked
* tMeeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
* tMeeting established cook-time standards
* tCoordinating food items from all other parts of the line
* tMotivating the team
