Impactful**ETS is looking for a Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing
Specialist who will be responsible for building ETS' recruitment
brand and sourcing candidates across the organization. This is a
high-profile role given the company's ongoing transformation and
desire for sourcing the best talent from new, diverse talent pools.
ETS is looking for a creative and social media savvy strategic
partner to lead the candidate and employee branding efforts,
creating deep active and passive candidate pools while also
creating marketing and brand strategies that attract top candidates
into our recruiting funnel. This marketer and sourcer will be
tenacious, data-driven, curious, and committed to finding,
shepherding, and convincing the best talent to apply to ETS. This
will involve the deft use of multiple media and channels to locate
and cultivate niche wells of talent. They will be an ambassador of
ETS' values, showcasing them to our candidates with every
interaction and enabling candidates to get genuine insights into
our culture and work. They will also be closely aligned with hiring
managers and recruiters collaborating to understand the best way to
position ETS and create messaging that will resonate with potential
applicants.**_Responsibilities_**+ Know and keep up with trends
across the sourcing landscape to understand marketing and
engagement trends and their implications for ETS' hiring needs as
well as how to best craft resonant communications with potential
candidates+ Set up ETS Recruitment Marketing plan and marketing
materials that improve ETS' brand, raise awareness about
opportunities at ETS, and increase the number of ETS passive
candidates+ Ensure that ETS's EVP and brand is consistently shown
through all lines of communication to both candidates and Hiring
managers+ Understand diverse communities and create sophisticated
outreach and development efforts for each community+ Work with ETS'

organization. You will be able to work in a hybrid manner, with
some days in the office and some days remote. **Who You Are**
**Minimum Qualifications**+ Minimum of 3 years of
marketing/communications/events experience at a corporate
recruiting agency OR in a similar role in a Corporate Recruiting
team.+ 1+ years of work in candidate sourcing specifically in the
technical recruiting space+ Experience using social media to
advertise and source candidates+ Advanced relationship management
skills+ Strong data analytic skills and understanding of recruiting
metrics+ Expert skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, Talent
Acquisition Software/Systems, and Marketing Software/Systems+
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Management,
Marketing, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:**+ 5+ years
of marketing/communications/events experience at a corporate
recruiting agency+ 3+ years of work in candidate sourcing across
technology recruiting disciplines+ Ability to sell and effectively
communicate with stakeholders in and outside the organizationThis
is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must be able to work
out of the Princeton, NJ location 2X weekly. \#LI-RK1 **COVID-19
