Job Description
This is an internship position where you will gain experience in
Silicon and Platform Firmware development and debugging. We are
committed to providing you with guidance and mentorship to help you

Candidate must exhibit the following behavioral

This is a 6 months fulltime (40hrs a week) internship. No
relocation available.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature.
U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly
depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are
usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from
school.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for
this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in
identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be actively pursuing a MS degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics engineering or a related
field.
Excellent programming skills in C and C++.
Strong knowledge of Microprocessor and computer architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
Completed previous Internships in SW/FW development or
validation.
Previous work experience in firmware/software design,
implementation and debugging is a plus.
Academic projects related to microprocessors and embedded
systems.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of
industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or
schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows
employees to split their time between working on-site at their
assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work
model may change to accommodate business needs.
