Job Description:

Association Database Analyst - Missouri Bankers Association (MBA), a statewide trade association, representing Missouri banks is seeking an Association Database Analyst to fill a new position. The individual will develop queries, reports, and dashboards from the membership database. - This individual will work with external consultants and vendors to maintain, update, and develop the database and will assist the IT Systems Administrator with end user support as needed. - Qualified individuals will have experience working with association management database systems or other relational databases and reporting software, be knowledgeable in Microsoft products, including understanding of Access software. - Qualified individuals should also have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects; have ability to analyze data, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - - This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, located in Jefferson City, MO. - We offer excellent compensation and benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance; paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave; - and pension AND 401(k) retirement benefits.
