Position Purpose: Drive program-wide Agile adoption across multiple programs by coaching Leadership to promote agile culture and mindset through one on one coaching, group training and workshops and strategy sessions with Leaders from business and IT.

Coach business and IT front line leaders on servant leadership, Agile mindset / program and team strategy techniques and lastly coach and mentor the Scrum Masters the skillset needed to coach at a program level. Coaching is part of day to day and one on one relationships with font line leaders. This is multiple teams across an entire program.
Champion Agile values and adoption within assigned development teams. This is for multiple teams across an entire program.
Build and Train Agile foundational mindset, Agile principles and values frameworks and all courses offered by ACE. Focus on cross team collaboration and risk / dependency identification and mitigation. This is done in the classroom setting and in groups for program level.
Consult multiple software development teams in product initiation, organization, goal and change management aspects of Agile
Facilitate strategy and collaboration sessions for business and IT front line leaders. Facilitate cross functional program coordination and communication across various technical teams within a program.
Organize, lead and motivate multiple development teams, clarifying objectives and removing obstacles from their ability to achieve expected results. Lead collaborative discussion, decision making, and problem solving sessions for multiple teams across a program.
Lead one of ACE's secondary products and strategy. Work with coaches outside of CoE in partnership.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of combined Agile team and or Agile coaching experience. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and XP Agile frameworks. Working knowledge of one or more development languages required. Must have experience with ALM (JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne) and development / infrastructure tools. Preferred experience: Journeyman in Agile knowledge, facilitation and coaching of middle managers and programs, mentor scrum masters and peers, trainer of foundational Agile courses, evangelist of program empowerment, help conflict resolution on team(s), evangelize team psychological safety, counselor, partner, reflective observer, product management coaching and evangelize organizational autonomy, in addition to all qualifications from Sr Scrum Master.

License/Certification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar certification preferred
