TRAVEL REQUIRED: 2 days per month in Los Angeles
Responsibilities
The contact center is going through a transformation that encompasses both technology and process. This Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to manage Scrum/AGILE delivery through the change to a new technology. The most significant change is a migration from the array of legacy (on-prem) call center applications to a single new (cloud-based) technology in Genesys.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise technology environment

  Experienced with Agile Delivery

  Agile/Scrum Master Certifications
  
  
• 
  Contact Center experience
