Job Description:

GFI Digital is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team!Are you skilled in talking with customers and enjoy giving them a good experience? Do you have good computer skills and phone and email etiquette? Can you seamlessly move between calls and customer concerns? Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative's responsibility is to ensure that we are giving excellent customer service and accurately billing our customers. This resource also supports the Sales and Service Departments in order to build our customer base. Answer and return any customer phone callsGather information about current customers (average monthly volumes, service histories, equipment information and billing information) for the Sales RepresentativesAssist customer inquiries regarding invoices, contract rates, and leasing questionsCheck policy on each new contract receivedValidate orders in order verification in SSKProcess sales discounts to make service whole on any contract that is not written at policySet up new maintenance contracts to bill the customer or the leasing companyCreate and load meter contact information for each contract set upCollect and enter meter reads by phone, fax, email, or FM AuditIf no meter is provided by the customer, then we need to contact them by phoneMaintaining FM Audit by adding new accounts and assisting customers with reinstallation when they stop reportingResponsible for making sure all contract records are billed in a timely manner whether it be monthly, quarterly, annually or any other billing frequencyMaintain manual spreadsheets for large customer accounts (each customer service employee has accounts that require special handling that they monitor)Work with leasing companies (Wells Fargo, CIT, US Bank, Great America, Gibbs Leasing) to correct customer billing issues and setup and maintain maintenance contractsCheck the contract billing queue for low and high dollar invoices to avoid billing errorsSort and distribute invoices daily for GFI, Gibbs Technology, and DigitalNetCorrect billing errors on invoices due to incorrect meter reads or any contract errorsProcess final billings for returned machines and terminate contractsCancel contracts upon request by customersRun and review reports monthly for cleanupAudit customer accounts upon requestGather information for auditorsRespond to inquiries from the call centerUpdate customer addresses and create new customer numbers when neededActively participate in monthly one on ones with management, coming prepared with updated MAC MAPEstablish and review procedures and processes for the team as neededParticipate and assist with training when needed in the departmentPerform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the companyAssist other departments when neededOther duties as assignedAll About YouPrecise attention to detail, high level of organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivated and directedProven analytical and problem solving abilitiesExperienced working in an office settingSolutions focusedAbility to multi-task and organize and prioritize deadlines accordinglyAble to meet deadlines and follow clear instructionsExhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times Qualifications and Education Requirements· High School Diploma or GED· Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word· General Computer LiteracyPandoLogic.
