Responsible for providing project support of new business
implementations and clinical program support for external clients.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Serving as a project lead and support for the Clinical
Pharmacy team; summarizing reporting analytics, creating
client-facing materials, facilitating meetings including
documentation of meeting notes and deliverables and completing
pharmacy claims testing reviews.
+ Develops and implements clinical programs for the management
of members with specific medical conditions.
+ Serves as a project manager for medical management
initiatives, such as medical review redesign, development of
policies and procedures, development and implementation of training
procedures and manuals, and the development and implementation of
metrics and other reporting capabilities.
+ Represents the department on enterprise-wide and regional
committees and program initiatives.
+ Requires a BS in nursing or related medical management area, 2
years of managed care pharmacy experience, or any combination of
education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
+ Project/program management experience preferred
