Job Description:
**SALARY RANGE**
US Remote 63,000 - 83,000 USD per year
**YOUR JOB**
As a Learning & Development Learning Architect, you will create
resources and educational materials to support the Career Services
products suite, beginning with resume review services. You will
also maintain these resources to ensure we are communicating the
most up to date information and continuously monitor its success.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of adult
learning theory and instructional systems design, as well as
exceptional skills in grammar, sentence structure, organization,
and word choice.
**WHO YOU ARE**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Create and edit comprehensive and interactive trainings and
reference materials to optimize learning
- Ensure all eLearnings, assessments, and support documentation are
executed in a timely manner and are on a maintenance schedule
- Monitor and analyze trends to propose improvements to
instructional content -
- Grow and maintain your knowledge of relevant Indeed products and
internal processes
- Assist with execution of special projects as needed
- Able to easily adapt to change - sometimes daily
- Patience and understanding of different types of learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders and learners to define and document
learning objectives and effectiveness
**REQUIREMENTS:**
- 3-5 years professional experience in designing learning
components supported by Adult Learning Theory and Instructional
Systems Design with companion portfolio
- Experience in using learning development tools such as Adobe CC,
Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, InDesign,
Elucidat, Vyond, or other video/audio editing and content
development tools
- Proficient in learning management systems, terminology, and
designing to learning industry standards (e.g.,
SCORM/AICC/xAPI)
- Demonstrated experience in applying the principles of
instructional design and learning & development methodologies such
as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick
- Able to design and create complex end-to-end learning
experiences
- Able to mentor others and provide guidance on instructional
design techniques
- Able to facilitate training needs analysis to evaluate the
current state of learning materials and propose metrics-based
solutions
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Proficient with office productivity tools (Google Suite)
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize
responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Passion for helping others

**SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER**
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed
salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending
on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's
total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time
Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
