Position Requirements:
Preferred:

• 7+ years of experience leading projects/programs with a high level of complexity/integration across many areas of the organization
• Change management or related experience on complex business projects
• Demonstrated ability to represent individual investors, financial advisors and branch office administrator's perspectives
  
  Other:
  • Series 7 & 66 required within 6 months of hire
    
    
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience directly or indirectly leading project team members and project leaders
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience effectively communicating with project and program leaders, multiple areas, divisions and leaders across the organization while incorporating effective listening and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to skill-up quickly on a given topic, navigate with little direction and adapting to change in a fluid environment.
    • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks with multiple ongoing initiatives

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
