ASPIRE PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The ASPIRE Program is a 12-24 month rotational program beginning in June 2023 with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, on-going learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader.
WHAT WE NEED:
Mohawk is looking for an ASPIRE Financial Candidate who will support financial analysis objectives by learning the development of business plans and assisting in the administration of sound financial procedures, processes and analysis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist in the preparation of a consolidated budget, business plans and financial evaluations

Provide financial and statistical reporting, data management and system support to a large, decentralized and extremely diverse employee base

Research and suggest process improvements, system development and system implementation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Analyze customer level profitability
Support Flooring North America, divisional and Sales finance through a rotational program, gaining experience and insight into Mohawk's many financial teams
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a master's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related
Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)

Strong Excel skills

Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
Permanent work authorization in the United States
A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
