Professional Designations Specialist is responsible for execution
and support of the firm's Professional Designations strategy. This
strategy is focused on building acumen and furthering professional
development through designations. The Specialist will partner with
business leaders and associates throughout the firm to ensure
Professional Designations continue to evolve to meet the needs of
our branch teams and clients. The Specialist will lead and support
moderate to large scale bodies of work which may include the launch
of new designations, support of existing designations,
implementation of additional pathways and motivation drivers, and
enrollment initiatives resulting in an exceptional experience for
branch teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expertise on all aspects of Professional
Designations, including offering individual consultative support
for branch associates, conducting large-scale presentations, and
acting as a point of contact for home office stakeholders
- Leading and supporting moderate to large scope bodies of work
within Professional Designations, at times spanning multiple areas,
divisions, and outside vendors
- ---Identifying, recommending, implementing, and maintaining
solutions that support Professional Designations processes and
strategies
- Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to
deliver the right results and ensure successful execution of
Professional Designations initiatives
- Ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met while
identifying and overcoming obstacles related to the implementation
of strategiesPosition Requirements:
- Series 7, 66 required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Existing knowledge of Professional Designations preferred, but
not required
- 3+ years of experience leading and/or supporting projects with
a high level of complexity
- Demonstrated ability to champion innovation and change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with home office
and field audiences, including senior leaders, with the ability to
conduct engaging presentations
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills to work
on multiple tasks, juggle priorities, and track program
performance
- Agility to work independently, learn quickly, and apply
learnings from previous experiences
- 3+ years of adult learning experience or knowledge is
preferred
- 3+ years of financial services industry or position-related
experience preferred
