Engineer-Test Infrastructure for John Deere Intelligent Solutions
Group (ISG) located in Silvis, Illinois, you will join our team,
building a world class simulation infrastructure to develop and
test our embedded software. We are looking for someone with
expertise in test infrastructure development. This position
will:Develop a world-class virtual simulator to enable the
development and testing of vehicle softwareBuild a career
foundation for multiple disciplines including systems, software and
electrical engineeringCollaborate with a large network of engineers
to deliver a quality simulatorGrow problem solving capabilities
through stakeholder support and requirement explorationInnovate in
a collaborative environment, where youre empowered to improve
customer experienceLearn a wide range of technologies, including
C#, MATLAB/Simulink, NPM, Git, JenkinsWhat Skills You NeedIdeally
you will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer,
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree in a
related technology field; others may applyMust be registered as a
full-time student at an accredited universityGraduation date of
2024 or laterCumulative GPA of 2.8 or aboveAvailable to work 16-20
hours/weekly during the academic yearAvailable to work 35-40
hours/weekly during the summerAbility and experience working in a
self-directed mode and complete assignments remotelyExperience with
C, C#, Python or equivalent languagesStrong interpersonal
