At Edward Jones, Technology Enterprise Services team is responsible
for providing current, efficient, and stable tools to Service and
Operation associates. Our key systems include Salesforce Service
Cloud (chatbot, live chat, communities), ServiceNow, Pendo,
Clarabridge, multiple web-based applications and batch programs. We
are responsible for supporting and enhancing existing systems and
developing technology solutions that support and enhance service
and operation divisions in alignment with firm's vision.
What you'll do
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and
delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies to support
enterprise client service needs. It requires the Architect to
maintain understanding of cloud computing eco-systems that include
case management, ITSM and development of cross-cloud architecture
solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other members
of the team, product managers and product owners to be the lead
technical person.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
Evaluate, design, implement and
Support Salesforce Service Cloud module changesDesign, implement
and support Clarabridge integrationsDesign, implement and support
Pendo Cloud integrationsWork closely with support teams, Systems
and business leads to promote technical and functional upgrades,
enhancements and best practices/industry standards.Focus on
continuous improvement to drive a seamless, modernized
associate/user experience.Participate in the analysis, design,
develop, testing, and implementation activities within the areas of
responsibility.Assist, mentor, and train other team
members.Participating in continuous explorationWork closely with
support teams, delivery manager and product owners to address
incidents and problem queues, ensuring proper

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer
Science, Information systems is preferred.Experience with AI, REST
API, SOA, Content Management, MicroservicesAbility to work
independently and manage multiple task assignmentsUnderstanding of

and Technical skills Good communication and presentation skills to
