Processing Team in focused improvement opportunities, autonomous
maintenance activity, quality and equipment breakdown Why-Why
analysis, compounding, pre-weigh, and logistical team training &
job progressions, the handling of daily operations, safety,
operation staffing, overtime assignment, scheduling and quality
control with other tasks/duties as defined by the Processing
Supervisor.This is a developmental role; experience in this
position could lead to other management roles within Unilever. In
this role you will be challenged through decision making abilities
and situational awareness. This position will require thorough
knowledge of the manufacturing environment with continued focus on
loss eradication, as well as the integration of self-directed work
teams.Location of the job: Jefferson City, MOPay: $32.58, paid
weeklyShift: 5pm-1:30am- Monday- Friday, schedule will have

Do
- Responsible for Effective Tracking and Evaluation of new hires
training status
- Support Process Engineers in investigating all quality
incidents, assisting in root cause analysis, and effecting
countermeasures.
- Drive 100% CIP compliance and 100% traceability compliance
- Responsible for Scrap Tracking and necessary actions to reduce
overall scrap
- Assist with Department Quality tracking of Lot Management,
Inventory, and Traceability of all ingredients and finished
batches
- Safety- Drive recordable, first aids, and lost time accident to
zero by building a culture of safety through 100% peer to peer
safety observation compliance, incident investigation, and incident
countermeasure implementation.
- Support the Compounding Technical Lead to meet daily production
needs, shift management, and necessary escalation
- Drive Right First Time for every batch through management and
completion of weekly inventory
- Deliver required coaching/discipline to associate(s) within
respective area with support of management team
- Ingredient Changes or New Ingredients - Support Quality,
R&D, Innovations, and Process Engineers
- Assist in development of long term training strategy for crew
that puts the right people in the right roles.What You'll Need to
Succeed
- High School Diploma, preferred Associates Degree (or currently
pursuing)
- 3+ years of processing experience with personal care
manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills working with peers, other managers,
and hourly employees.
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement efforts and
tools, demonstrated leadership, facilitation, problem solving,
coaching, & organization skills, as well as strong written and oral
communication skills.
- Microsoft system expertise (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)What
