Job Description:
Cole County Collector is seeking a permanent full-time Deputy
Collector position, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: maintain merchant
license and bankruptcy filings, answer and direct incoming phone
calls, receive tax payments and assist customers, typing and
computer entry as well as supportive work for Collector's office,
maintain files and process mail. The successful candidate will have
excellent organizational and communication skills, be familiar with
Microsoft Office Professional software, and have a high school
diploma (or GED equivalent). Competitive salary and benefits. Feel
