The NM site has an incredibly exciting future ahead, with rapid growth anticipated through 2024 to meet the demand. This means we need to staff our factories up in time to intercept tool installs, quals, ramp, etc. To successfully hire and onboard all the new employees needed in F9 and F11x, we are looking for an individual to join the People Systems team to help coordinate the many tasks involved. This role spans multiple areas within the team including interview coordination, offers, requisitions management, onboarding assistance, relocation, and headcount analysis and modeling.

  Qualifications
  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
  Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's in STEM related field or in business related field.
    
    
  • 
    3+ years' experience at Intel or 2+ years direct experience with headcount and/or hiring
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Factory experience in either a manufacturing or engineering role

      Working Model
      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
