In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients
and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building
deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St.
Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help
U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We
continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual
investors.This role will serve as the key contact for the Edward
Jones Branch Teams, particularly during account onboarding. This
role will take ownership of the new account experience and help
ensure clients and branch teams are receiving a high level of
service throughout this process. In addition, the Trust Consultant
is part of a team that owns the overall client experience. The
Trust Consultant remains a key contact for the branch, while also
supporting the Trust Officer and Portfolio Manager as part of the
Edward Jones Client Team. Relative to the Sr. Trust Consultant,
this role will have less complexity and volume. By providing a high
quality client and branch experience, the Trust Consultant aim is
to deepen relationships with branches currently working with the
Trust Company in order to expand the number of clients at that
branch who consider and utilize trust services.Bachelor's degree
required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Trust Co. relationship
management, trust administration or related legal or financial
services experience required;
- Working knowledge of fiduciary, gifting, investment, estate and
income taxation principles and techniques;
- Must have written and verbal communication skills and
interpersonal skills in order to interact with financial advisors,
clients and other professionals.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and ability to use
discretion on highly complex situations.Progress toward CFP, CTFA,
CFA, or Law degree with Estate Planning specialization preferred

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
relevant factors for a potential new associate:
