-The Tear Down Technician should possess a strong mechanical
aptitude with the ability to work overtime as needed.
-Responsibilities
- Assemble blowers and exhausters according to blueprints;
- Work with the Engineering Department and the Quality Assurance
Department to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- Apply standard work practices;
- Follow all safety rules, environmental regulating procedures
and utilize required safety equipment when appropriate;
- Adhere to 6s (5s) principles, clean, organize, and properly
store all equipment;
- Operate Crane and Fork Truck to move equipment and parts
(training and certification provided by the company);
- Operate machinery and hand tools as necessary. -Basic
Qualifications -
- Blue print and ruler knowledge;
- Excellent hands on experience with basic hand tools;
- Excellent mechanical skills and small parts assembly
proficiency;
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally; - -What we
