Position Summary In our Sales Management position you will be
recruiting, developing, and managing a territory of outside sales

Sales Manager, you will--- * Complete the initial field sales
training program, allowing you to become familiar with our market
strategy, our products, and your territory* Participate in sales
development programs designed to assist you with account
penetration, product knowledge, and recruiting and developing your
own sales team* Partner with the internal recruiting department to
grow your sales team* Be the face of the recruiting effort, leading
the charge in the recruiting process-from interviewing to selecting
and hiring sales candidates* Execute corporate initiatives and
sales plans to make sure you and your sales representatives are
successful* Develop your sales representatives as they grow their

growthQUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 2-4 years experience in hiring
and managing an outside sales team* History of success in outside
sales* Experience building business relationships with end-users of
maintenance and repair products* High level of motivation* Strong
