Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan pipelines and provide client support to ensure loans
are cleared-to-close within expected turn-times
Work directly with clients for training and daily support regarding
loan delivery
Serve as the primary contact for Brokers, Correspondents, and
Account Executives (AEs)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
Fundamental understanding of loan program products, services, and
policies
Knowledge of mortgage banking industry
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Calyx Point
and Ellie Mae
Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office and Internet
browsers
