Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN licensed in the state Certifications: BLS (CPR) Certification Must-Have Skills/Experience: Flexible, collaborative, and positive demeanor Experience in inpatient rehabilitation Description: Seeking an RN for the Rehabilitation unit. The schedule is from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Responsible for patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Work involves improving patients' functional abilities and quality of life. The patient population includes adults aged 18 and older. Nurses will collaborate with therapists and physicians. Patient ratios are approximately 1:6/7 during the day and 1:8 at night. Each nurse has a dedicated technician for support. Equipment used includes EHR systems. Candidates must possess a positive attitude and strong team-oriented skills. Preferred certification includes CRRN. This role requires the ability to work weekends on a rotating basis.
